There is a range of documents required from the investor to submit a petition under the EB-5 investment program. On the legal side, the immigrant investor has to submit documents to verify the authenticity of their source of funds (SOF) and disclose their background as USCIS checks each EB-5 immigrant investor on their past criminal and civil proceedings history. On the investment side, the immigrant investor has to execute the subscription document for their investment into an EB-5 qualifying project in the Targeted Employment Area (TEA).

Following this, the I-526 petition is filed by the Immigration Attorney and the client enters the EB-5 Investment Program ultimately obtaining their US Permanent Green Card.
