Time requirement for Psychometrics

As you get ready for your psychometrics evaluation, it is be of use to understand the time taken so that you can plan accordingly.

Personality assessments are not timed and usually take between 30 – 45 minutes to complete while ability tests are timed can take anywhere between 4 minutes and 15 minutes depending on the test.

As a test taker, you will receive a link to your assessment, with on-screen instructions. After completing the assessment your report is generated immediately. It is well advised to book or slot a time when you will not be disturbed. Ideally, as a practice, you may be better off sitting in a quiet place so that you are not distracted.  With no paper or pens and no manual scoring, the margin for error or biased evaluation is zero.
