Eligibility criteria for Switzerland

Switzerland is one of the emerging and fast-growing study destinations for international students. In general, the eligibility criteria vary from course to course and university to university. Overall, for studying undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs in Switzerland, the below mentioned documents are required.

  1. For studying bachelors and masters in Switzerland, students must have 60%-70% in their 10th and 12th standard and especially for applying to PG courses the student must secure 65%-70% in their bachelors.
  2. Academic Records: The students must submit school leaving certificate along with marksheet for 10th and 12th, academic Transcripts and bachelorā€™s degree Certificates (for admissions into PG programs) 
  3. A valid score in an internet-based English Language Test – TOEFL or IELTS scores.
  4. Letter of Recommendation: In general, two professional letters of recommendation (LOR) from a supervisor/employer is required who can assess and certify your professional competencies as well as the skill set required for the intended program.
  5. Work Experience Details: For management programs like MBA, work experience plays a major role and thereby at least 2-3 years of work experience is desirable from an international student.
  6. Statement of Purpose (SOP): The student  should submit a well-structured SOP depicting the  motivation of pursuing the course of interest. 
  7. CV or academic resume
  8. Portfolio (in case of students applying for art and design courses or architecture courses)
  9. Proof of funds to support the tuition fees and living expenses in Switzerland
  10. A valid Health insurance
  11. A copy of valid passport
  12. Application Fee.
