The U.S. Government through the USCIS (the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) requires the EB5  investors to make an ‘at-risk’ investment. The safety of this ‘at-risk’ investment is ensured by the high-value investment projects that our partner Asset Managers brings to the table by seeking out well-structured real estate projects in high-valued locations sponsored by only the most experienced developers in the industry.

These deals are structured meticulously with a primary focus on mitigating the risk factors, however, to comply with the legal requirements outlined by USCIS which states that the EB 5 investment should be “at-risk”.

Due to the “at-risk” requirement, the EB 5 investment cannot be guaranteed as well, That is why TC Global works with regional centers that have demonstrated expertise in the EB 5 program. Most of the projects for which we raise EB 5 Capital have the required covenants in place.
